RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

ORDERS   ORDER PROCESSING We strive to process your order the same day you make it to get your purchase to you as quickly possible. Currently, due to worldwide shipping delays and backlogs due to covid-19 and supply chain issues, we've seen occasional delays across all parts of the shipping process. We're going to move as fast we can on our end, but here's our best estimate on how quickly your order will be processed and shipped based on current conditions and feedback from brands and shipping partners.

*With the incredible demand for portable and solar power products right now, our average order delivery time to your door is 9-12 business days from the date of your purchase. However, several products are delivering as fast as 5-7 business days to your door. Please check specific product pages for the most accurate information on shipping and processing times.

WHAT TO EXPECT AND WHEN When you order with

Luxury Baths and Spas, you can expect:

* a confirmation email immediately after your order has been placed

* orders will be processed on business days, except holidays

* if there is an issue with your order (any delay or transaction problem), we will contact you directly via phone or email

* if a product you've ordered is out of stock or is on backorder, a member of our team will contact you within 48 hours to discuss your options

If for any reason you have not received tracking information or other notifications from us regarding your order within 11 business days of when you placed your order, please follow up with us immediately at hello@luxurybathsandspas.com. We will work quickly to determine the issue.

Continental US: orders are almost always processed with the manufacturer same day, but can take up to 3 business days if partner brands experience delays. We will send you tracking information as soon as the order leaves the warehouse.

 International Orders (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico):  due to current global shipping crisis, we have temporarily suspended shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and internationally, as our shipping partners have had trouble ensuring we can get orders to our customers in an acceptable timeline.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We will work quickly to determine the issue. SHIPPING   Luxury Baths and Spas offers a variety of shipping methods and speeds, with most items qualifying for free ground shipping. Any items that qualify for free shipping will be identified on the product listing page. Shipping speeds are based on business days (Monday-Friday), excluding Holidays and weekends.

Depending on the items in your order, your purchase may often arrive in multiple packages.

For orders with a value of $200 or more, a signature may be required by the delivery service upon receipt. If you would like to waive the signature requirement, please let us know immediately upon placing your order by emailing us at

Once a package has been shipped, shipments cannot be rerouted.

All orders require a valid street address and matching customer information, orders cannot be sent to PO boxes or similar addresses. While we do our best to ensure free shipping on nearly every order, occasionally, due to the nature of your order (product size, shape, etc), additional freight charges are incurred by our brand or shipping partners. If this is the case for your order, we'll contact you immediately via the email address you place the order with and alert you of any additional charges. If you wish to cancel your order, you absolutely may, or the balance of the shipping can be paid to proceed with the order.

This is extremely rare, and we'll do our best to accommodate you and your order.

Returns & Exchanges   Luxury Baths and Spas has a 14-day return policy with our manufacturers. In plain terms, you have 14 days from the receipt of your item to request a return.

Clearance and final sale collection items are final sale and not eligible for returns.

Returns will be considered for items purchased from Luxury Baths and Spas with the following conditions:
 * Carrier damage / warehouse mishandling * Defective product * Incorrect product was delivered * Additional product(s) you did not order were delivered to you

To be eligible for return, your item must be in new, unused condition and in its original packaging.

You'll need your order number or proof of purchase from

Luxury Baths and Spas Installing or modifying a product in any way will void returns.

To initiate a return, please send us an email at hello@luxurybathsandspas.com and include the following information:

- Your Order #
- Which items you would like to return
- Please specify the reason for your return

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package to complete the return process. Items sent back to Luxury Baths and Spas without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

*Customers will be responsible for all return shipping fees, and due to the nature of the products we sell, we also require a restocking fee of 15-30% based on the manufacturer policy.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS & OTHER ISSUES Please inspect the packaging of your items when they arrive. If you notice any defects or damages to your order, you must note (in detail) a description of the damages and take pictures of the damages. If you are home when the item arrives and the inner packaging or item itself appears to have been damaged in the shipping process.

Please record the damage with pictures and refuse any damaged items (non-damaged items can be accepted if your order has multiple items). If your item(s) do arrived damaged and you are not present to refuse the delivery, please contact us immediately at hello@luxurybathsandspas.com, and we will begin to process the claim based on the product manufacturer's returns/damages policies. *Please be aware that some manufacturers will not take responsibility for any replacement or return if the damage is discovered after delivery.

CANCELLING AN ORDER We are usually able to resolve any order issues to ensure the satisfaction of our customers, however if you still wish to cancel, please contact us immediately once an order has been placed. All canceled orders are subject to a $20 administration fee. Orders that have already shipped are able to be cancelled, and the buyer will be responsible for any return shipping and restocking fees. Refunds for cancelled orders (minus the balance of any owed fees) will only be issues to the original credit card used when placing the order. This is for the safety and security of both Luxury Baths and Spas and our customers.

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your returned products, and notify you if they meet the acceptable conditions for return outlined above. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method - no further action needed on your part. Please remember that it can take up 4-5 business days for your financial institution and credit card to process and post the refund to your account.

EXCHANGES Luxury Baths and Spas does not currently support direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to initiate a return with the previously ordered item using the process outlined above. While that return is being processed, please make a new, separate purchase for the desired item(s).

Returns & Exchanges

 

Luxury Baths and Spas has a 14-day return policy with our manufacturers. In plain terms, you have 14 days from the receipt of your item to request a return.

Clearance and final sale collection items are final sale and not eligible for returns.
